Civil Ceremony & Blessings
Family and friends seated in the oak pews either side of the nave, a photographer up high in the oak gallery poised for the perfect shot, all eagerly anticipating the arrival of the newly married bride and groom, to witness a spiritual Blessing of their marriage.
Our talented team work collaboratively and thoughtfully with guests to design a ceremony that reflects the commitment and shared values of each couple and their families.
Whether that’s a civil ceremony in our lovely Morning & Gilt Room overlooking the tranquil parkland, or a blessing in the 18th century Church on the estate.
The Morning & Gilt Room
For an intimate wedding, bathed in sunlight. The Morning and Gilt rooms are at the very front of the house, overlooking the tranquil parkland.
Stapleford Park has approval to host wedding ceremonies in many of our private rooms.
A room hire charge is applicable for the hire of a private room.
Church of St Mary Magdalene
The 18th century Church of St Mary Magdalene is a wondrous place for a blessing; at once striking and beautiful with its enchanting setting on the estate, imposing tower and historical monuments.
Additional hire charge is applicable for the Church.
