Terms and Conditions

We gladly accept reservations made online or by telephone/email. We accept all major credit cards as a guarantee of your reservation.


Check in and Check out

Make the most of your stay at Stapleford Park and join us from 11.00 a.m. onwards to enjoy the Spa facilities (treatments must be booked in advance), take a stroll around the grounds, relax in the lounge areas with an Afternoon Tea or have some lunch. Likewise on your departure day, do not feel the need to rush off, why not leave your luggage with one of our Butlers and remain our guest for the day.

Your room will be ready from 3.00 p.m. on your arrival day and we would kindly ask that you are ready to vacate your room by 11.00 a.m. on your day of departure.


Dogs

Well behaved dogs are welcome at Stapleford. They are permitted in all public rooms on a lead, but not in any of our dining rooms. Please do not leave your pooch unattended in your bedroom. We do charge £20.00 per night, per dog.


Dress Code

We would respectfully request that smart / casual attire is worn at all times, with no trainers, shorts or collarless shirts to be worn after 7:00pm in the main house.


Dining

A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to all food and beverage charges.


Important

Standard Cancellation Policy – A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 3.00pm hotel local time 72 hours before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Guidance – In response to the latest government updates regarding the Omicron variant, we would like to take the opportunity to share our Covid-19.

Precautions and Procedures to reassure you prior to your stay here at Stapleford Park.

We do ask that should you be feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms consistent with Covid-19, please stay at home and contact us by telephone to discuss cancellation or re-scheduling options for your stay.

During your visit…
Guests and team members are both required to wear face coverings in all public areas of Stapleford Park. Guests are able to remove face masks during spa treatments, use of the gymnasium and while drinking or dining in the bar and restaurant. Disposable face masks are available at the main reception should you require.

We encourage our guests to use the NHS Track & Trace system; a QR Code can be found in the main reception and in the Stableyard Spa.

Hand sanitiser is available in all public areas and replenished throughout the day.

Guests are encouraged to stay seated at their table instead of approaching the bar for service; our systems can accommodate table order and payments.

Our Housekeeping team have increased the frequency of cleaning within all public areas, ensuring high touch areas are disinfected regularly. This includes the private function space, restaurant, bar and lounge areas.

Our Housekeeping team have double time to thoroughly clean and sanitise all bedrooms between use, we also rotate use of bedrooms if availability allows to ensure over 24 hours between use.

Our Food & Beverage team have adjusted procedures to minimise the spread of Covid-19 by providing alternative options to buffet service wherever possible. This includes a waiter serving each individual from the buffet station and providing additional setups within private meeting space.

We are ventilating all public areas whenever possible

Behind the Scenes…
All staff have completed an online Health & Safety official module based on best practise in response to Covid-19. Our HR Manager and General Manager look to ensure our staff follow these procedures diligently.

Internal meetings are socially distanced with minimal attendance in person, moving to virtual where possible.

Regular handwashing is encouraged amongst all team members.

Staff are advised to test should they experience any symptoms of Covid-19 and stay home while waiting for official PCR result.
